House Rules
A short list. Non-negotiable.
- 01No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building ($500 remediation fee).
- 02No illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia — stay ends immediately.
- 03No candles, incense, or open flames.
- 04No tampering with or covering smoke detectors ($250 fee).
- 05No unregistered guests — every overnight occupant must be declared and registered.
- 06No parties or unauthorized events ($1,000 fee). Event floor available by approved booking.
- 07Quiet hours 11:00pm to 8:00am — this is a working studio.
- 08No pets without written approval.
- 09Registered guests are responsible for the conduct and damages of their visitors.
